We offer several shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and
overnight shipping. You can select your preferred option at checkout.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. For
Standard/economy shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while overnight/priority
options can deliver within 1-3 business days. Freight services (sea/air) may take from 7 to
30 days depending on different factors including weather, international trends and other
unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed or never delivered, please check your tracking information for
updates. If there are no updates or if you have concerns, feel free to contact our customer
service team for assistance. Always provide the correct shipping address, and call us or
email to advise if you will be unavailable on the day of delivery. We take undelivered orders
extremely seriously and encourage clients to engage with our caring team should items go
missing or never arrive. You as our client deserve recourse and the best possible outcome
in this regard.

We offer a straightforward exchange policy. If you receive the wrong part, you can initiate an
exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the parts are unused
and in their original packaging. Please note that AutoBen will NOT pay for collection and/or
delivery of incorrect item if fault lies with the client. Products purchased from overseas are
subject to different policies and the process may take much longer and attract higher
shipping costs. It’s therefore imperative that the client always provides the exact
information regarding their parts/orders.

To return an item, please contact our customer service team to make arrangements .
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Product must be unused and in its
original packaging. Refunds take 3 to 7 business days to process.

Refunds are processed within 3-14 business days after we receive the returned item
(depending on item and location). Please note that shipping costs are generally non-
refundable. The client is liable for collection of item and refunds for international sales or
items may take longer and attract cancellation fees.

If you feel that your query has not been adequately addressed, you can escalate it by
requesting to speak with a supervisor. You can do this via email or by calling our customer
service line.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary
based on the destination country.

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You
can use this number to track your order on our website or through the carrier’s site.

While the best care is taken to ensure that shipping costs are correctly quoted, there have
been occasions that our international shipping partners may need to charge extra for
specific or specialised packaging, or currency exchange rates fluctuate unexpectedly.
AutoBen will notify the client of any significant changes in shipping costs to see if client is
willing to carry that cost to continue with that order. If the client is unwilling to pay the extra
cost but wants their order, AutoBen may elect to pay the extra cost at the discretion of the
Directors. However, this option may lead to severe delays of up to several months. This is
an anomaly and does not usually happen. We commit to take great care when dealing with
our shipping and delivery agents and partners, to ensure our clients get the right part, at the
right price, at the right time.
