No invoice no refund, No refund on Used Engines & Electrical goods are not returnable, No goods will be refunded after 3 days, 20% handling fee for goods that are correctly supplied as per information supplied by the customer whether written or verbal. There is a 7 days allowance for exchanges only for similar value item or items, a fee will be charged for collection and delivery of exchanged goods. Goods must be in their original packaging, in a reasonable condition and subject to inspection before accepted. Items used, fitted or sprayed will not be accepted for return. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. AutoBen reserves the right to refuse returns where goods are damaged, where packaging is not original and the condition is not in a resaleable state, we will not be responsible for any damages of whatsoever nature including consequential damages in respect of any item returned. Prices are valid while stocks last. EFT payments must be accompanied by proof before delivery. Check with our office if EFT payment reflects.
